Privacy Policy
This page explains what this review site does with information about its visitors. It covers the independent review pages only. The casino we review is a separate business with its own privacy policy, and once you click through to it, that policy applies instead of this one.
Who is responsible for this site
The site is an independent publication that reviews online casinos for readers in Australia. We are not SlotLounge, Stable Tech N.V. or any part of that operator. Nobody here can see your casino account, your balance, your bonus status or your payment history.
We keep our data collection small on purpose. A review site has no reason to ask for your name, your address or your banking details, and we never do.
What we collect
When you read a page, our hosting setup records technical details that every web server sees: your IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the visit. These logs help us spot errors, block abusive traffic and understand which pages are useful.
If you write to us by email, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use it only to answer you. We do not add it to a mailing list unless you ask for one.
Cookies and measurement
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. Some keep the page working, for example remembering that you closed a notice. Others support anonymous traffic statistics so that we can see which sections readers reach and where they leave.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still load, although a few convenience features may reset each visit.
Links to casinos and tracking after you leave
Buttons on this site lead to the operator we review. Those links may carry a tracking tag so the operator knows the visit came from us, and we may earn a commission if you register and play. This does not change what you pay, and it does not decide our scores or the problems we list.
The moment you open the operator's site, that business collects its own data under its own rules. Read its privacy policy before you register, and be careful with identity documents.
How long we keep information
Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or reduced to anonymous totals. Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you write again about the same issue.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host and secure the site, and only to the extent they need it to do that job, or where the law requires disclosure.
Your choices and rights
Australian privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. Write to us using the contact details published on this site and describe what you want. We will reply within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm who you are first.
This site is only for adults. If you are under 18, please leave, and ask a parent or guardian to help if gambling is already causing you worry.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we update this page and the date of the change will be reflected in how the page is presented. Reading the policy again before you send us personal details is a sensible habit.
